The post is Monday to Friday 8:30 – 5pm (37 hours per week).

Job Purpose:
To meet and greet customers arriving at reception for meetings and signposting them to the correct department.
To support the Customer Service Centre and Reception Teams, to ensure there is consistent and effective front line customer service delivery.
To provide a professional, efficient and effective front-line service that enhances the image of the organisation
Provide a professional reception service
Welcome all visitors appropriately
Ensure all visitors sign the visitor register
Record exiting visitors in the visitor register
Deal with visitor queries promptly, professionally and effectively
Maintain a front-line image that’s professional, courteous and helpful at all times for both internal and external customers
Provide efficient and appropriate administration service
Assist with daily distribution of corporate incoming mail
Assist with overflow administration duties as requested
Photocopy, collate, bind and package documentation on request and in a timely manner
Assist with overflow documentation preparation using MS applications

EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES:
Previous Receptionist experience is essential

Knowledge:
Good knowledge of general administrative processes
Good knowledge of relevant technology (telephony system, etc.)
Good understanding of organisation structure
