Our client is looking for a professional and experienced Level 4 Business Support Administrator to work in the Public Sector. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and flexible.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent organisation, communication, literacy and numeracy skills and you should possess at least GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths. The ability to work on your own initiative, with minimum supervision in order to meet strict deadlines and working to a high level of accuracy is essential. Use of Microsoft office packages and proven word processing skills are also essential.
It’s necessary that you have strong skills in: minuting, follow up and co-ordination of meetings at a high level; maintenance of database containing extremely sensitive information, and budget/finance experience.
The post covers a range of functions, so a willingness to learn new skills, if necessary, is also key.
