Our client is looking for professional and motivated Level 3 Business Support Administrators to work in the Public Sector. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, motivated and flexible.
The work is potentially challenging, but rewarding. You will require a broad range of skills including excellent keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook. You will require an eye for detail, be organised and able to work on your own initiative. You will possess good problem-solving skills and will demonstrate a flexible and professional attitude with the full appreciation of the need for confidentiality and in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). You will have excellent customer service skills to be able to deal with people sensitively and treat all customers with respect and consideration.
You will be able to prioritise a busy and varied workload, working quickly, following processes with accuracy to meet strict deadlines. Duties will include data input and manipulation, researching queries and effective signposting, arranging documentation and providing accurate information, liaising with colleagues and external professionals.
