The Problem
One of our public sector clients needed 10 qualified professionals to work at three different locations, with notoriously difficult to find credentials across the East Midlands.
Our Approach
We used social media and word of mouth as our advertising medium to attract our candidates, so we had a structured approach at speaking to the right people from the on set.
The Solution
We used our working knowledge and experience from finding the first four candidates, to help reduce the time to fill with the remaining vacancies by actively focuses our head hunting in the right areas.
